Ingredients
Apple, rooibos, linden flowers, cinnamon, yerba mate, cloves, pink peppercorns, sunflower petals.

Taste
Sweet and mellow, with woody notes and a decisive, spicy character.

Preparation
3g per 200ml of water at 90°C. Infusion time 4 minutes.

Ideal after physical activity or throughout the day, perfect for a warm and regenerating break.

A simple, spontaneous gesture that speaks of the pleasure of good things and brings back sweet memories of home: a slice of Langarola hazelnut cake, a Matilda rich in chocolate, a creamy tiramisu, or one of our cheesecakes.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and sweets for special occasions.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the aroma of goodness that fills a home kitchen.
