Berry Black Tea

A blend of Indian and Ceylon black teas enriched with strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, red rose petals, and mallow. A tea with an intense aroma and a full, decisive flavor, with a persistent and slightly astringent aftertaste.

Ingredients
Indian and Ceylon black teas, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, red rose petals, and mallow.

Taste
Full, intense, and fruity, with delicate floral notes and a persistent, slightly astringent finish.

Preparation
2–3 g per 200 ml of water at 80°C. Infusion time 2–3 minutes.

When to drink
Ideal for breakfast or an afternoon break. Also great lightly sweetened.

A simple, spontaneous gesture that speaks of the pleasure of good things and brings back sweet memories of home: a slice of Langarola hazelnut cake, a Matilda rich in chocolate, a creamy tiramisu, or one of our cheesecakes.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and sweets for special occasions.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the aroma of goodness that fills a home kitchen.
