A fragrant and enveloping black tea, enriched with fruity notes of blueberry and raspberry and delicate floral hints. Its aroma recalls the sweetness of homemade cakes, with a warm and slightly vanilla touch.

Ingredients
Black tea, blueberries, raspberries, currant leaves, heather flowers, cornflower petals.

Taste
Fruity and aromatic, with sweet and round notes reminiscent of berries and vanilla.

Preparation
2/3 g per 200 ml of water at 80°C. Infusion time 3 minutes.

When to drink
Ideal in the morning or in the afternoon, perfect for an aromatic and pleasantly energizing break.

A simple, spontaneous gesture that speaks of the pleasure of good things and brings back sweet memories of home: a slice of Langarola hazelnut cake, a Matilda rich in chocolate, a creamy tiramisu, or one of our cheesecakes.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and sweets for special occasions.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the aroma of goodness that fills a home kitchen.
