Peach and Raspberry Infusion

A fruity and enveloping infusion, where the sweetness of peach meets the lively notes of raspberry. A fresh and intense blend, perfect to enjoy at any time of day, both hot and cold.

Ingredients
Hibiscus, sultanas, rosehip, apple, raspberry, peach, calendula, cornflower.

Taste
Pleasantly tart, fruity, and full-bodied.

Preparation
3–4g per 150–200ml of water at 90°C. Infusion time 4–6 minutes.

Best enjoyed
Ideal throughout the day. We recommend adding a pinch of sugar at the end of the infusion to enhance the fruity notes. Also excellent cold or as a base for cocktails.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and sweets for special occasions.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the aroma of goodness that fills a home kitchen.
