Shipping policy

1. Delivery Types and Limitations

Due to the delicate and artisan nature of some of our creations, not all products can be shipped via express courier. The available delivery methods vary depending on the product category:

• In-store pickup: Some particularly delicate or fresh products (such as filled cakes, semifreddo, or fresh pastries) can be ordered online and collected exclusively at our shop.
• Local delivery: For certain product categories, we offer a home delivery service managed directly by us, limited to areas close to our location.
• Express courier: All products without specific restrictions (e.g. biscuits, large leavened goods, shelf-stable cakes, gift items, or long-life products) can be shipped throughout Italy.

Any shipping limitations (e.g. "In-store pickup only" or "Local delivery only") are clearly stated on each product page. We recommend checking this information before completing your order.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times

For products eligible for express courier shipping:

• Handover times: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier on working days, to ensure products travel in the best possible conditions and avoid prolonged storage at depots over weekends.
• Delivery times: Once the parcel has been dispatched, delivery normally takes place within 48–72 hours to most locations in Italy.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipment has been handed over to the courier, so you can follow your delivery status in real time.
