Ingredients
Hibiscus, rock sugar, rosehip, orange peel, apple, cinnamon, cloves, sunflower petals.

Taste
Spicy and full-bodied, with citrus notes and hints of Christmas sweets.

Preparation
3.5 g per 200 ml of water at 90°C. Infusion time 5–6 minutes.

When to drink
Ideal on cold days or in the evening, perfect for a warm and relaxing break.

A simple, spontaneous gesture that speaks of the pleasure of good things and brings back sweet memories of home: a slice of Langarola hazelnut cake, a Matilda rich in chocolate, a creamy tiramisu, or one of our cheesecakes.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and sweets for special occasions.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the aroma of goodness that fills a home kitchen.
