Ingredients
Yerba mate, lemongrass, orange peel, rose petals, natural flavoring.

Taste
Light and citrusy, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Preparation
3 g per 150–200 ml of water at 90°C. Infusion time 3–5 minutes.

When to drink
Ideal throughout the day, to be enjoyed plain or with honey or a touch of sugar.

A simple, spontaneous gesture that speaks of the pleasure of good things and brings back sweet memories of home: a slice of Langarola hazelnut cake, a Matilda rich in chocolate, a creamy tiramisu, or one of our cheesecakes.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and sweets for special occasions.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the aroma of goodness that fills a home kitchen.
