Naked Cake for Ceremonies

Literally meaning "naked cake," the Naked Cake indeed features no outer coating: this gives it a distinctly minimalist appearance, yet one that is meticulously detailed. Layered, single or multi-tiered, it reveals its internal layers, with scrupulous attention to the finishing and assembly of the cake itself.

To be adorned with wildflowers, fruit, and leaves. Perfect for country weddings at a country estate or among the vineyards. Rustic and romantic, it's ideal for couples with simple and genuine tastes.

A cake shop worth indulging in!

In Piedmontese, Berlicabarbis means "to lick one's chops". A simple, spontaneous gesture, capable of bringing back sweet childhood memories that we rediscover in a freshly baked jam tart, a slice of pear and chocolate cake, or the warm scent of butter cookies fresh out of the oven.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have four locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan laboratory where we daily produce cakes, croissants, cookies, and desserts for ceremonies.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and different raw material combinations, always striving to remain faithful to the wonderful aroma that fills a home kitchen.
