In Piedmontese, Berlicabarbis means "to lick your chops". A simple and spontaneous gesture, capable of bringing back sweet childhood memories, found in the Reinette apple tart, the wild berry tiramisu, or the soft cake with stuffed peaches and chocolate.
Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandmother's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.
Today, we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan laboratory where we daily produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and desserts for ceremonies.
In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and
different raw material combinations, committed to always remaining true to the scent of goodness found in a home kitchen.
