In Piedmontese, Berlicabarbis means "to lick one's chops." A simple and spontaneous gesture, capable of bringing back sweet childhood memories found in the Reinette apple cake, the berry tiramisu, or the fluffy cake with stuffed peaches and chocolate.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan laboratory where we daily produce cakes, croissants, cookies, and desserts for ceremonies.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and
different ingredient combinations, striving to always remain faithful to the scent of goodness found in a home kitchen.
