Berlicabarbis, in Piedmontese, means exactly "to lick one's chops."

A simple and spontaneous gesture that speaks of the pleasure of good things and brings back sweet memories of home: a slice of Langarola hazelnut cake, a chocolate-rich Matilda, a creamy tiramisu, or one of our cheesecakes.

Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on March 31, 2012. We began our adventure by preparing traditional "grandmother's cakes" made with simple and genuine ingredients.

Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan workshop where we produce cakes, croissants, cookies, and desserts for special occasions daily.

In addition to traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes, experimenting with decorations and
combinations of different raw materials, committing ourselves to always remain faithful to the wonderful aroma found in a home kitchen.
