Berlicabarbis, in the Piedmontese dialect, literally means "licking one's chops". It is a simple and spontaneous gesture, capable of bringing back those sweet childhood memories that we find in a pear and chocolate cake, a soft tiramisu, or a buttery tart with raspberry jam.
Torteria Berlicabarbis was founded in Turin on 31 March 2012. We began our adventure preparing traditional "grandma's cakes" made with simple, genuine ingredients.
Today we have 3 locations in Turin, all connected to a single artisan laboratory where we produce cakes, croissants, biscuits, and celebration desserts every day.
Alongside our traditional baked goods, we create custom cakes by experimenting with decorations and unique combinations of ingredients — always staying true to the comforting aroma that fills a home kitchen.
